Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form on this website or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. A booking is confirmed only when Chalo Ghumne with Janhavi confirms it to you and the booking amount set out for that tour has been paid.

Tour details and quotations

Each tour page lists its itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation policy as provided in the tour brochure. Prices are not published on this website; Janhavi shares a quotation on request. Quotations, dates and availability can change; the details confirmed to you at the time of booking apply.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules differ between tours. The policy shown on the tour's page and in your confirmation applies to that tour.

Changes beyond our control

Weather, landslides, road closures, government restrictions, transport delays and similar events can change or cancel parts of a trip. The tour's own terms set out whether any refund or alternative applies.

Travel documents and conduct

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID, passports and visas, and for following local laws and the tour leader's instructions during the trip.
